What role do aesthetics play in your verse?

What is your go to aesthetic?

Are you a believer of the less is more concept?

I recently (early Jan 2022) got into "being feminine" enough to get a place at the table. What do I mean by this? Have you watched Inventing Anna if yes you'll definitely relate to my next sentence if not that's okay I'll try give insight. Anna is a persona created by this young lady in order to fit into the high end society. And for her to do so she has to become one of them and think like them. So she starts by changing her outer appearance so that she may be taken seriously. (In her own words)

My point is appearance truly does play a big role in how people approach and interact with you. *Minimalism *Minimalist

Personal Experience...

I've grown up a little tomboy thanks to having two older brothers and being under the spectrum.

Its extremely safe to say I struggled with finding my style and what makes me comfortable and allows me to be seen enough by my community.

Like I mentioned earlier on it was in early January that my style truly changed. The change was brought by a couple of factors; my sister, my then to be career and my urge to get in-touch with my feminine side. It was then that I came to discover,

Jamila Musayeva an etiquette trainer, Youtuber and author of the book Etiquette; The least You Need to Know who addresses Poise, Nail etiquette, Deportment ( good posture and walk) among other things.

And Anna Bey an internationally renowned instructor in the feminine self worth, modern elegance and aspirational lifestyle space ( School of Affluence) In her YouTube uploads a video on the Elite Society Rules caught my attention and since then I have been following the two religiously.

I would personally describe my style as preppy girl aesthetic with a hint of light academia. Which in lay mans language means I create the impression of a successful person. My clothes are of high quality with clean structure and soft forms. Therefore they look expensive and sophisticated do not feel cheated <lol>. Light Academia on the other hand promotes optimism, friendship, motivation and happy endings in contrast to literally tragedies represented by dark academia.
